Purchases on PartPointer.com ship for free to the lower 48 states, and we process orders within one business day. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking info. Your package will ship from large national delivery carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS and will take between 2-8 days to arrive depending on the item. A tracking number and tracking link will be provided. Please note that sometimes it takes an additional day after tracking information is provided before the tracking link becomes active. We currently do not offer expedited shipping or shipping outside of the lower 48 states.

Interested in returning a product? Make sure to read through our Return Policy by clicking here. If you received an item other than the item you purchased, no problem. We’ve got you covered. Contact us within 30 days, and we will work with you to make it right. If you received the item you ordered, but decided you no longer want it, we get it. It happens. If the item is unopened, return it within 30 days, and we will issue a refund. Open items may be charged an additional 15% restocking fee. Parts that have been installed and/or used are ineligible for a return due to safety concerns with used auto parts.
