How do I know which product is right for my vehicle?

You can find information detailing vehicle compatibility on each product page. Often, the product listing will have a primary vehicle make and model in the title, along with vehicle fitment information under the Details and More Info tabs. Remember to double-check that your vehicle is included before making an order. We want to make sure you receive the correct auto part for your vehicle. How quickly will you ship my order?

Do you offer free shipping?

YES! We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Click here to read our shipping policies.

Can I pick up my order locally?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer local pickups at this time. However, with our free shipping, your order will be processed within one business day, ensuring your order will be fulfilled and delivered quickly.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Internationally?

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, or any international destinations, sorry.

What type of payment do you accept?

You’re free to pay via PayPal, as well as with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards issued by U.S. banks. You can also conveniently pay for your purchase using your Amazon account through Amazon Pay, which makes for a speedy and secure checkout, or by spreading your payment over 4 interest-free installments using Klarna. Do you charge sales tax on orders?

By law, we are required to charge sales tax on all orders based on your shipping address. The amount will be displayed during checkout.

Can I return an order I’ve received?

Yep. We stand by our auto parts. If you received an item other than the item you purchased, we will ship out the correct item at no charge. Please read all about our Return policy here.

Will installing an aftermarket part void my vehicle warranty?

No. The United States Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects American consumers and prevents a vehicle manufacturer from voiding the warranty on a vehicle based on an aftermarket part unless it can be proven that the part was the cause of, or significant contributor of, the failure of the vehicle. We’re proud to be an American-owned retailer. Part Pointer is headquartered just outside of Sacramento, California, with additional offices in the Midwest near Indianapolis, Indiana.

How long has Part Pointer been in business?

Our company has been operating since 2006. In 2020, when we saw an unfulfilled need in the marketplace, we began selling under the name Part Pointer. We’ve made it our mission to make it easier than ever for you to find the auto parts you need to repair your ride.

Are you a U.S.-operated business, or do you outsource to other countries?

Part Pointer is proud to be an American-owned and operated business. All customer service questions are answered locally by personnel in our California or Indiana offices. We won't send your phone call or email halfway around the world to be answered by someone who knows nothing about cars or trucks. Our knowledgeable sales staff have years of experience to help you find the right part for your vehicle.
