We wanted to create a store where you could experience the freedom of easily finding auto parts…without the extra shipping cost. That’s why we ship all products for free to the lower 48 states with no minimum purchase required.

In our relentless pursuit to do right by our customers, we process your order in 1 business day so your auto parts can be delivered to your door fast.

How We Ship

Shipping is arranged from efficient American warehouses in order to offer you outstanding coverage, selection, and delivery. We estimate delivery of your smaller items in 2-6 days. Any larger, heavier items will have an estimated delivery window of 3-8 days. Large national delivery carriers are used including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Currently, no expedited shipping is available.

Also, at this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or Internationally, and we do not offer local walk-in pickups.

Accepted Payment Methods

Returns

Many of the replacement auto parts we sell are designed to fit a specific vehicle. We include fitment details whenever possible to help you choose the right components for your vehicle. Visit our Returns page for all the details on our Return Policy and to initiate a return.

In the event that you return your purchase, or a product is returned due to an undeliverable or wrong address, the shipping cost will be deducted from any refund or credit.

View Orders & Account Updates

We provide helpful transaction emails to keep you informed on what matters most to you: your auto parts order! When you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email for your records. After your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information, which puts you in the driver’s seat and lets you monitor your order status at your convenience. You can also visit our Order Status Page to track your order. Please note it may take 24-48 hours to update tracking information after shipment.

If you have an account on our website, you may also log in to track your order. Once you are logged in, select View Order and then Track Your Order. By logging in to your PartPointer.com account, you will be able to view current and past orders details, as well as update your account details including your saved shipping addresses and email address.
